I made these cupcakes for my sister for her first mother's day. They are chocolate mud cakes, her favourite. They are covered in a pale green icing, I then cut flower shapes out of sugar paste icing that I coloured pink and rolled little tiny balls for the flower centres out of yellow coloured sugar paste icing.
