For my sons third birthday I did a farm theme, which included a trip to the farm. Being a boy he is very interested in transport, so I thought a farmer on a tractor would cover both his interest in transport and the birthday theme of the farm.The initial tractor shape is mainly rectangles then covered in butter cream, trimmings are made using licorice, mint slices for the wheels, with smarties iced on. Fruit sticks are also used and then various lollies for the trailer load of fruit and vegies. I made the farmer out of modelling icing.
