I think teddies are a great theme for any one year olds birthday party! I made this one for my second sons first birthday. The shape was taken out of one of my cake books.

Some of the butter cream is left plain and some I have added cocoa to give a chocolate flavour and a brown colour.

The inside of the ears are a marshmellow halved. The eyes are dairy milk rounds and a smartie iced on top. The nose is also a smartie and the mouth and the tie are made with licorice and bow tie is then filled with smarties.
