I made these cute little cupcakes for my friend's little boy's third birthday. He was having a fireman birthday party.The fire trucks are made of gingerbread biscuits that are decorated with ready made icing. On top of the actual cakes I piped butter cream: green for the grass where the truck is parked, orange for the fire and blue for the water coming out of the fire truck hose (made out of sugar paste).
