Christmas Berry/ Holly Cupcakes

These make nice little gifts at Christmas. Whether you make a mudcake or fruitcake cupcake recipe, they can be covered with royal icing. On the top are three jaffa's and a mint leaf cut in half.

Angel Cupcake

These make great little gifts for teachers at Christmas time! In this case this was for my child's Music teacher, whose name happens to be Angel. They are covered in royal icing, the angel is made out of sugar paste icing and decorated with cachous before the icing sets.

These christmas cupcakes are covered in royal icing, the decorations are made from coloured sugar paste icing and cachous.

Mini Christmas Cakes

This Christmas cake is covered in white sugar paste icing, on top of that a green sugar paste icing tree. I then decorated with tiny silver cachous and larger coloured ones.
